I just purchased my first home with Sunday’s help. I was surprised to see the string questioning the authenticity of these reviews. The reality is that Sunday is such a good realtor that her clients are loyal to her and want her to succeed.

I have worked with other realtors in the past and have never felt like I actually had someone working for me and with my interest in mind. I spent over one year using a different real estate agent and was never able to buy anything. I felt like I was doing all of the work. The first time I spoke with Sunday she asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for in a home. She wanted to know everything from the neighborhoods I was interested in all the way down to the little details. When we would go look at a house she asked me what I liked and what I didn’t like and she actually REMEMBERED! She was able to narrow my potential property listings because she knew what I was looking for. For the first time I had someone who was working for me! She was in constant communication with me and whenever a new listing came on the MLS that seemed like a good fit she would contact me that day to make arrangements to go see it. Because of her tenacity I am now a home owner.

It is rare to find somebody in this industry that puts your interest first. She is truly a unique find and I have already recommended her to friends.
