We met Sunday after she sent us a letter saying that she had a client who was possibly interested in buying our home. We hadn’t even been intending to sell our home but decided to meet with Sunday and client anyhow. Bottom line – the client made us an offer within 12 hours of seeing the home for more than we had ever imagined. The whole deal came about because Sunday took the initiative and made it happen. Following the sale, we bought another home in the area through Sunday and she and her partner Kim were just amazing in getting the deal done on time despite dealing with a difficult seller.
