I do not know much about other real estate agents, but here is what I can tell you about Sunday: she

Knowing that I am an avid runner, she went above and beyond the typical realtor by describing nearby running routes to the properties we saw. And I have never met someone who has a more thorough knowledge of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I got a feel for the soul of a neighborhood, just by driving through it with her.

I am quite pleased to say that tomorrow I will be a home-owner. I heard horror stories of people taking a year or more to finally find a place to call their own, so I feel lucky to have found a great deal, in a great neighborhood, in the course of 3 months. But it was more than just luck; it was having a dedicated, hard-working, honest realtor that got me here. You will not regret your decision to put your trust in Sunday Gover.
