She seriously saved us big bucks when we bought our house by doing a really effective comp analysis and recommending an offering price way below what we were willing to pay. She also sold a property for us in about 6 weeks (a ridiculously short time period in today’s market) by tons of marketing and an effective pricing strategy. She also helped us to stage the house well. She is definitely someone we will go back to when we get into the market again for another property!
